Over the past five years, we have averaged over 43 residents paying of 74 households for an average budget of $5,315 per year. This represents about 60% of residences.  In 2025-26 48 households paid dues, almost an all-time high.

We have continued to expand offerings of hospitality events resulting in an increase in expenditures for this category.  We have also engaged a professional landscaper to maintain the island plantings (and it shows!).

 

Any extra donations to the plant fund will go directly to new additions to the islands.
